This is a new energy battery storage box that we customized for a German customer. The whole combination is three parts. We proposed a single-cavity mold solution, which requires two molds in total, to ensure that the finished product has a perfect appearance and meets the hardness standards. At the same time, the product has passed the EU RoHS and CE tests to meet customer requirements.
This is a machine accessory we customized for a German vending machine manufacturer. It is used with the beverage ejection device inside the vending machine. We modified some of its appearance and increased its thickness to make it more durable and not infringe on other brands' appearance patents.
This is an outdoor tent clip that we customized for an American outdoor product retailer. We recommend the use of POE+PA66 combined material to increase the flexibility of the product, allowing it to withstand greater wind and impact during outdoor use, ensuring user safety.
